Jeffrey Morrell was born in Northfield, Illinois. He attended New Trier High School and graduated from Ripon College majoring in political science with minors in business and national security studies. Jeff graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2014, and represented Marquette University at the Chicago Bar Association's national moot court competition.
Jeff focuses his practice on family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation.
At Marquette University Law School, Jeff served as president of the Restorative Justice Society and participated in the Restorative Justice Clinic. During his second year, Jeff worked as a law clerk for the Institute for Justice in Austin, Texas. Additionally, Jeff was a law clerk for Governor Scott Walker during his third year of law school.

Attorney Morrell lives with his wife, Liz Morrell, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Jeff serves as a county representative for the Fond du Lac County Deer Advocacy Council as well as a member of the Young Professionals Association. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and brewing homemade beer with his wife.
